High Fiber Snacks are Here.....and They Aren't What Your Grandma Was Servin....



Fiber is a BIG FREAKIN deal.  There I said it.  I love living a more low carb lifestyle, but I still need to get in a good supply of fiber.  I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and getting enough fiber and water, along with abstaining from white breads or pastas, is a must for someone like me.  What does that mean? I'm always on the look out for new, interesting ways to get my fiber in during the day.  If food starts to get too boring, I'm usually heading over to Pinterest or surfing the net trying to find another way to make my meals more tasty.
